About Keith

I’m Keith, co-founder of Zeafari, former executive turned leadership coach, and expert in emotional intelligence. I empower CEOs, Executives, and Leaders to build championship organizations through holistic coaching and transformational workshops. By aligning vision and mission, I help leaders foster authentic engagement and boost team performance.

I’m also an author and keynote speaker, dedicated husband, and proud father of four.

Keith is a corporate dropout turned entrepreneur who grew up on a farm in central Washington, raising apples, pears, and cherries. Not just a hard-working farm boy, Keith was a three-sport letterman and champion in football, basketball, and track, as well as a high school honor society member, student body leader, track captain, and high school musical performer.

A graduate of Washington State University, he was a student scholarship athlete, a Seoul Olympic cultural exchange athlete, and an NFL placekicker hopeful. Keith also served as Fraternity President, worked as a cruise ship entertainment director, and appeared in several Hollywood movie productions.

He is a certified broadcast communicator, author of several training manuals, and most recently wrote “How To Prepare and Empower Your Child Beyond the Front Door,” available on Amazon. Currently, he is obsessed with corporate culture and building championship teams.
